Products

Satin Blends products are freshly made.  Because our products are made fresh to order, we do not stock large amounts of finished products.

Since our products are hand-made in relatively small quantities, slight variations may occur in texture, colour or scent.

Satin Blends products are natural and does not include synthetic preservatives.  We use natural preservatives such as Vitamin E and Rosemary Oleoresin Extract to extend the shelf life of our products.  For best results, we recommend to use them within a year of receiving the products.

Satin Blends products are all natural.  It is possible to be allergic to and have an allergic reaction even to natural products.  If you have known allergies or highly sensitive skin, please check the Satin Blends product labels carefully for product ingredient information before using. It is recommends that you patch test any new product by applying a small amount to the inside of your forearm. Any reaction will usually occur within 24 hours. If you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use of the product immediately and consult your health care provider.

We are not responsible for the misuse of any Satin Blends products.  Satin Blends will not be held liable for any damages of any kind in connection with the use of this site or with the use of any Satin Blends products sold.

Returns Policy

Satin Blends cannot accept returns on body and hair care products for reasons of hygiene.  Returns are only acceptable if products arrive damaged or if the delivered products does not correspond to the order placed.  If your product is damaged or if your order does not correspond with the order you placed, please notify us immediately.  We will make arrangements to replace the items or issue a full refund or store credit (customers preference).  The damaged or incorrect products must be returned to us in order to receive a replacement product or a full refund.

Shipping

All items are normally shipped within 5-7 business days.  This allows time for payments to clear.  All orders are handmade to order and will be shipped upon clearing of payments.  Certain situations may prevent shipping within the 5-7 business day time frame.  Orders placed on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday to prevent layover at the shipping facility.   USPS (United States Postal Service) is the shipping provider used by Satin Blends.  A tracking number will be provided upon shipping of products.
